At Parfume Arabe, we strive to offer fast, reliable, and convenient delivery for all orders of Arabian perfumes and products.
Please read the shipping and delivery terms below.


1. Free Shipping (Within Albania)

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders delivered within Albania, regardless of order value.

Delivery Time:

  • 24 to 48 hours from the moment the order is confirmed
  • Delivery time may vary during weekends, holidays, or extreme weather conditions
  • Orders placed before 14:00 are usually shipped the same day.

2. Shipping Outside Albania

International delivery is available to selected countries.

  • Shipping fees apply for international orders
  • Delivery cost depends on destination, package weight, and courier service
  • Estimated shipping times range between 3–10 business days, depending on the location

 

Customers will be informed of the exact shipping cost and estimated delivery time at checkout.


3. Order Processing

Once your order is submitted and confirmed:

  1. You will receive an Order Confirmation Email or message
  2. Your package will be prepared and handed over to our courier partner
  3. You will receive a Shipping Notification once the order is dispatched

 

  • Orders are processed Monday–Saturday.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

4. Delivery Method

Deliveries are made via trusted courier partners to ensure fast and secure shipping.
The courier will contact you on the day of delivery if necessary.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and phone number are correct.


5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to reach you:

  • They may attempt delivery again
  • They may contact you for address confirmation
  • If the package is returned to us due to failure to contact the customer, a re-shipping fee may apply (for international orders only)

6. Order Inspection Upon Delivery

We recommend checking the package immediately upon receiving it.

If you notice:

  • Damaged packaging
  • Leaking bottles
  • Wrong product delivered

7. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Customs (for international orders)
  • Force majeure circumstances (weather, transport disruptions, holidays)

 

However, we always assist our customers in tracking and resolving delivery problems.
