These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of Arabian perfumes and other products from our online store. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to the following rules and policies.

a) These Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between Parfume Arabe, the operator and seller of Arabic perfumes through our online store, and the customer who enters into a sales contract with us.

b) These rules apply to all customers purchasing from our website or official sales channels.

c) These Terms apply to every online purchase made through our website www.parfumearabe.al or through our virtual storefronts such as Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp.

2. Formation of the Sales Contract

a) When ordering through our website or virtual stores, your order is considered a proposal to enter into a sales contract.
The contract is completed once we accept your order, which is confirmed by shipping the products.
You will receive a notification of shipment via email or another communication channel.

b) We supply products only in quantities suitable for personal or household use.
In special cases (e.g., promotions, limited editions, discounted items), we reserve the right to limit maximum quantities per customer.

3. Returns & Refunds

a) Returns Without Reason (within 48 hours)

  • All products are delivered in original manufacturer packaging.
  • Opened, unsealed, or tested perfumes cannot be returned.
  • Unopened items may be returned within 48 hours from the moment of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • The return must be made via the same courier service used for delivery.
  • All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

b) Returns for Damaged Products or Packaging

If a product arrives damaged, you must contact us immediately and provide photos of the damaged item.

Contact Channels:

For damaged items, the same rules in section (a) apply, except that all return costs are covered by us.

c) Refund Options

Refunds may be issued in one of the following forms:

  • Cash (for orders originally paid in cash)
  • Exchange with another product of equal value
  • A promotional coupon or gift card for future purchases

4. Payment Methods & Shipping

a) Customers may choose from the payment and delivery methods available at checkout.
Before shipping the order, we will inform you of:

b) Shipping rules:

  • Domestic shipping: Free 
  • International shipping: Paid by the customer; cost varies depending on destination

5. Promotions, Vouchers & Discounts

a) We may offer promotional discounts, vouchers, or special codes from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated:

  • Each discount or voucher can be used only once.
  • Only one voucher of each type can be used per order.
  • If the value of the voucher exceeds the order total, the difference will not be refunded or transferred to another voucher.

 

b) Customers may be contacted by third-party services to submit a review about their purchase.
Sharing feedback is optional but greatly appreciated.

6. General Information

a) In accordance with applicable laws, the seller is required to issue a fiscal invoice to the customer and register the sale with the tax authorities where applicable.

b) The sales contract is written in English and governed by the law of the country in which the seller operates.

c) All product prices displayed on the website include VAT or other applicable taxes.

d) By submitting your order, you agree to receive the invoice in electronic format.
The invoice will be sent with your order confirmation or shipment email.
