c) These Terms apply to every online purchase made through our website www.parfumearabe.al or through our virtual storefronts such as Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp.
2. Formation of the Sales Contract
a) When ordering through our website or virtual stores, your order is considered a proposal to enter into a sales contract.
The contract is completed once we accept your order, which is confirmed by shipping the products.
You will receive a notification of shipment via email or another communication channel.
b) We supply products only in quantities suitable for personal or household use.
In special cases (e.g., promotions, limited editions, discounted items), we reserve the right to limit maximum quantities per customer.
3. Returns & Refunds
a) Returns Without Reason (within 48 hours)
- All products are delivered in original manufacturer packaging.
- Opened, unsealed, or tested perfumes cannot be returned.
- Unopened items may be returned within 48 hours from the moment of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- The return must be made via the same courier service used for delivery.
- All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
b) Returns for Damaged Products or Packaging
If a product arrives damaged, you must contact us immediately and provide photos of the damaged item.

For damaged items, the same rules in section (a) apply, except that all return costs are covered by us.
c) Refund Options
